Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

musicsupervision.io, operated by Paola Andrea Trujillo Tapias, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Pro subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

2. How to Request a Refund

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). To request a refund, please visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us at supervisionpaolatrujillo@gmail.com and we will help you complete the request with Paddle.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account profile page. Cancellation stops future billing — you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period that you already paid for. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period that has already started, except where required by law or where covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee above.

4. Paddle's Refund Policy

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders, Paddle's own Refund Policy also applies to your purchase and governs the mechanics of how the refund is processed back to your original payment method.
